Domestic Cats

Domestic cats end up in feral cat colonies for many reasons.

The Hawk, a mobile feral cat feeder, will introduce technology to help identify new cats in a colony. The technology will be able to read every type of microchip as well as notifying us if a cat has no microchip.

When we identify a new cat, we can try and find it’s owner. Then we can work with the owner to figure out how the cat got to the colony and help them keep the cat at their location.

Whether this was a one time thing or financial hardship, we will help the owners with food, vet care and whatever else is necessary, to help them keep their cat safe.
